This is a Robo call from individuals pretending to be from DirTV and/or AT&T with a special 50% reduced offer and so many ""upgrades"" they can't mention all of them. I spent three hours on the phone with AT&T in Manila, Mindanao, Canada, New Jersey, Texas, Virginia, Arizona, back to Tech Spt in Manila with absolutely no help, concern or care from AT&T. Their company suggestions are ""don't answer the phone and/or answer the phone a tell the caller that I know it's a scam and to stop calling"" There are 5 phone numbers associated with this Scam and they all start with 888. I'm sure there are other numbers but the thing thus far has been the 888 prefix. I filled complaints with the FTC as I am on the DNC list for Federal and State. I registered and within one week the number of calls tripled, go figure. Good luck
