Received a call from a restricted number. Called the number left on VM back - 888-679-2051. Man answered ""Attorney's office - I'll be right with you,"" and placed me on hold for 5 minutes. When he finally got on he said I was being sued by Capital One for $4900 from 2005 (this credit card has since been paid off). He said I have a court date scheduled for 9/24 but knows I haven't been served (I logged on to my county's docket search and my name is not listed anywhere). I believe this to be a fraudulent call.
