The message is always a recording and never a live caller. I do not have any outstanding debt or anything else this might be associated with and therefore I believe it is a scan or phishing call.
P&R Mediation. Calling for someone else, don't know how they got my number.
Possible debt collector; however, the person they are asking for does not live in my household. I can't leave message to let them know that.
