Always shows as spam risk when they call and they never leave a message. Called my brother, in a state I left nearly 20 years ago & said they need to talk to me but that I don't respond. No message left for me to respond to! Said they'd call my employer next but I've been retired for some time now. They left no message with me and my brother's message only gave him a number for me to call but no name or reason for call
Scam collector...left me 2 voicemails and then left a voicemail on my sisters phone for me saying they had a fax for me. I called back and they are trying to collect a 9 year old debt (statute is 4 years) that they purchased. Lied and said the statute was 10 years and they were gonna sue me. I said bring it on...as long as I show up in court and bring up the statute of limitations they have no claim. But they assume you don't know that.
They called my sister and it is a Robocaller. They said they are attempting to deliver a document to our mother. She passed away May 11, 2014. Sounds like a scam to me!
