There have been numerous allegations of wrongdoing under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, including outright harassment and abuse of the people they call. Essentially, FirstSource has been alleged to attempt to scare consumers into paying a debt.
Is anybody else geting calls from this number 8888711764 ? It called me just few minutes ago. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not a good idea to call back.
