I received a call from this number a recorded message was played telling me that they were going to send my case to court and contact my employer and a sheriff would come to home over a debt that I had not responded to but did not give the name of the company calling or specify the amount of the debt or the original debtor. It said to call this number,888-925-1146 was immediately answered with hold music. Then someone named Tracey answered and I asked what company is call she said DX World and proceeded to ask my name, when I asked what she was calling about she said I owed for a bill in 2014 at Davis Hospital when I asked her where it was located she said in Georgia, when I asked where for the address she said "You should know where it is you went there". I asked her to send a copy of the bill from the debtor because I had not received anything with that name on it and said they had already sent several and hung up. This is ridiculous these scammers need to get a job and stop harassing people.
Called the number back only to be placed on hold! Same spew about calling my employer, filing a lawsuit, being served a warrant by my local sheriff's office! It was a recording!

Called and left message, saying “their company” had been trying to reach me. They threatened lawsuit and a visit from law enforcement at my home or office. I tried to call back, and I heard voicemail for a totally different number. No greeting identifying the number. Just a generic “leave a message for this number”. The number I dialed was 888-925-1146. The number I was supposed to leave a message at was (510) 399-9545
They didn't have the title FAKE DEBT COLLECTOR/SCAM!!! It's illegal for a debt collector to threaten to send the sherrif too your door step, or place of employment Lol these people **** at reading their script!!! red flag number one, is court papers, and debt collectors typically do NOT have docket numbers. Number two, they have to send you validation of said Debt!!! Otherwise, you can fight them with a phone harassment law suit!!! I just won $1,000 from my case for citibank breaking the law, with phone harassment!!!
