Left 3 calls back-to-back from 3 different phone numbers -- 760-454-3849 (Encinitis, CA), 716-571-0001 (Buffalo, NY), and 901-899-7170 (Moscow, TN). All 3 phone numbers are VOIP and owner is Neutral Tandem LLC. My cell phone number has been on "FTC do not call list" since 2003.
