(my first name) this is Aaron Jones contacting you in regards to your case that's in the process of being filed through Smith County. By law I have to make you aware that once case (6 digit bogus case number) is filed through the County it becomes a public record and there is an order for your location since I was unable to reach you by phone sir I have been instructed to contact your employer and speak directly with your supervisor it seems(?) this will be a likely place of location. (Mr. / Mrs last name) you have the legal right to contact the proceedings office that is processing your case however you would need to speak with them before your case is filed once your case is discharged from their office all of your legal rights will be forfeited the number provided to their office is 844-278-5395. It also states here you will need to reference case number (same 6 digit # as above) This is considered a legal notification my telephone. (First last name) you will be located unless I'm instructed otherwise.

This guy called me claiming to be with Credit Counting saying I have a case filed against me and I need to speak with his legal dept or I will have to give up my legal rights. He also said they will locate me at my job and threaten to show up at my location.
