Appears to be an insurance scam where they want you to enroll and have your medical insurance billed and possibly the member as well. The calls are un-solicited and they use the name of my insurance in their voice mail pitch but they are not my insurance company.
Called my home phone and when the answering machine picked up, the caller just sat there, saying nothing, and you could hear what sounded like a television show in the background. This continued until the answering machine cut them off.
Got a call from this phone number 9047301368 today in the morning, they left no message. It is risky to answer unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anything important, they will leave a message on voice mail.
