The legit FL Blue rep confirmed that my account is fine; no notices or changes.
Called and left a VM stating there was important information regarding a Florida Blue account, curious I called the number back and a female recording came on for florida blue but saying hold the line and then it picked like someone was there but all you hear is like someone outside on a cell phone in a windy area no one said anything only wind...legit florida blue?! Lol I think not...
Insurance fraud (in my case, impersonating Florida Blue)! They first fished me out by spoofing local numbers then struck a few days later. I let it go to VM, then did some research and found out they were not connected to FL Blue at all. DO NOT ANSWER OR GIVE THESE CREEPS ANY PERSONAL INFO!
