The phone has been disconnected from Verizon for about a year and has been used to play games on an unsecure wifi network and may have collected malware. i would nit trust this number for anything
This looks like the message that you receive from the Canadian government when you cross the border from US to Canada. HOWEVER, this phone number is registered to someone in New Jersey. {{ I DON'T THINK SO!!!}} Do not call this number back.
