This was a foreign language robocall. I suppose they call immigrants to make them pay a lot of money. If they don't, they will threaten them. Remember they are scammers.

Apparently ""Michael Kardias"" is actually ""Bob Hansons"" and lives in North Carolina. He has had many companies were he rips-off customers and subcontractors. Google those two names together for the whole story. Under his ""Bob Hanson"" persona, he claims to be a local web designer, remotely using local phone numbers for his robo-calls. And get this... one of his scams is that he is a Christian minister!!!
