left message saying they were starting legal proceedings if I did not call back. I deleted the message and blocked the phone number.
Robo call to my mobile device at:3:32PM CDT (USA). Prerecorded voice claiming to be ""officer Bella Watson' advising me of ""a legal enforcement actions filed on your social security number for fraudulent activities."" (sic) -- Urging me return their call ASAP to forestall escalation of said action[s] (paraphrase). I did not return their call but, instead, checked with (the REAL) SSA to find nothing amiss... Bottom line - Never but never play the scammers' games!
Called and left a message about investigating SSI fraud. Have gotten at least 20 similar calls in the past couple of years. They are truly fraud!!!
Voicemail claiming IRS legal action
They called my cell phone at 9:52AM on 07/10/2020 but I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. They left a robotic voiced message saying something about them beginning legal proceedings. Deleted the message.
Called my mobile number claiming my wife had criminal activity associated with her SSN and to return the call. Robo call.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 7/10/2020
