Stalker / scammer. Caller is a complete idiot! Female voice says she is a police officer with child services "collecting 8 months late child support" and wants me to pay with credit card or debit card. VOIP phone. Caller ID is Neutral Tandem LLC. Calls from other numbers including 912-301-6723, 912-301-6787, 912-301-6722, 912-301-6734, 912-301-6726. My private cell phone number has been on "FTC do not call list" since 2003.
