Had a similar voicemail from “Jason” claiming he could reduce the interest rate on my credit card. No company or specific card was mentioned, just a number to call back. I didn't return the call because the whole message seemed suspicious.
Received a long voicemail from someone calling himself Jason from “Client Services,” offering to lower my credit card interest rate. He never said which bank or credit card he was supposedly calling about and kept repeating a callback number. Sounds like a scam.
Jason with Client Services left a very long voice message stating he could reduce the interest rate on my credit card. Gave me the callback phone number of 801-348-5863 4 times in the message. Voice message sounded like a scam from the "get go". Jason never mention which credit card of mine he was calling about. That's the first thing legit credit card companies do, is properly identify themselves. I'm not gonna respond to a generic "Jason with Client Services".
