Called me today, 6/4/2020. They identify as PATIENT SERVICES & want me to answer their questions. They call every few weeks--usually, same as today, just after I've received a hang-up call. When my son was going to have surgery, the local hospital identified themselves as patient services when they called with pre-op questions. A person getting ready to be admitted to a hospital might easily be tricked into giving them information, like a SS#. Today I requested they remove me from their call list. They refused to give any assurance that they or a supervisor would remove me from their call list. After I called back several times, I understood: 1) there is no supervisor, 2) they ""don't understand"" REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST. or DON'T CALL ME. Then a fine ""gentleman"" greeted my call with ""FU@K U"". I informed him that the call was recorded and would be reported; he hung up. Immediately after, I answered a NO CALLER ID call, and the ""fine lady"" told me I was a bit@h. I recognized the voice and the accent. Half hour later they called back from the original number. When the gentleman said hello, I said the line is being recorded and he hung up.

Called me twice in one day, when I answered each time no one was said anything. Waste of my time. They called from the 9143038339 . Today 3/26/2020 early in the morning
