This number has been calling my home phone several times a day. I have Nomorobo's call blocker, which intercepts suspected robo calls after the first ring and gives the caller a PIN to enter if they are a real human caller. If they enter the PIN the call is put through to my phone, if not the call is dropped. They never enter the PIN, so this number is either a scam or an robodialer (or both).

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 7/3/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
