This is a legit number for Calif. USA. Election Ballot tracking for the 2021 Newsom recall election. By getting a voice mail on your cell or landline depending which type of number you gave them to make the call to. I just got a call from it on our land line which my wife blocked. (With a wife like this you don't even need democrats). I immediately unblocked it.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 9/29/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
