Missed a call from this number. Left a voice message. Hid my phone ID and called back and received a busy signal. The call was supposedly from a Marilyn in New York that worked for Capital one and said she was able to give a lower interest rate of 1.9%. Never had a credit card company call and offer a lower interest rate. Don't think it's legit.
I want to find information about the number 9175409999 . Anybody knows what they want and why they are calling me? They called me 2 times already. A few years ago I had a bad experience from different number.
