It was a recording telling me what to do if I showed signs of corona. Didn't seem like a scam - there was no callback or anybody trying to get money. Just someone telling you how to find a hospital and how to monitor your health. I didn't catch how they identified themselves.

I want to correct myself, I did call 917-905-4995 its a city agency, getfood.gov, delivery for New Yorkers during the crisis.
Called and left no message, not sure if its a scam. I didn't bother dialing to call and find out. There's a lot of scam calls taking advantage of our crisis.

I received a call today 3/24/2020 from 917-905-4995 didn't pick up. They left a automated recorded message saying ""This is a message from the city of NY about home food delivery, We encourage seniors and people with chronic health conditions such as heart disease or diabetes to stay home as much as possible during the ongoing CoronaVirus outbreak. If you can not leave your home and do not have anyone who can bring you food.... we can deliver food directly to your home. to find out if your eligible go to getfood.nyc.gov and sign up or foodbank.org . This website is not found. So you can determine on your own if this is a scam, im inclined to think so being the website isn't found. I searched for a neighbor and its not a working link.
