They would issue a refund if we down loaded the paperwork from them. wanted us to go to www.teamviewer.com. This is a program that allows another computer access to your computer. He kept saying no, it is just so you can down load the paperwork you need for a refund. I said if I need the paper, email it to me from the email on my account. I am not giving you access to my computer. ABSOLUTE SSSSSCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMM. SCAM. SCAM . SCAM.
