This text was allegedly from Citi Text Alerts, providing me with a one time private code. I don't have my cell phone tied to a Citi account. I also received a text from another number a few days ago saying that my Citi ATM/Debit card was locked down, due to too many withdrawal attempts. I don't have a Citi ATM/Debit card.
