Appears to be some kind of collection group. Asks for a relative and says that our number was used as a reference. I tell them the party does not live here and I will not give them any messages. They refer to themselves as 'agent' so and so. They are getting no where with me. For a long time I did not even bother picking up because I did not recognize the numbers. The relative says there are no actions against them, they owe no one anything. I think they are just bottom feeders from a bankruptcy they had over 10 years ago.
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 3/19/2021 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
