The number called me a few times two different days and stated they were from Capital One Credit card offering a 1.9% interest rate. They then say to call back 800-903-0345, to verify additional information for eligibility. States that the offer is valid for three business days. I say it is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
They left me a vm offering me a 1% interest rate on my credit card.... To me, it had SCAM written all over it!
When an unknown numbers calls me, I never answer it immediately. I usually wait for the voice message.This number 9382017337 called me a few times yesterday but no message was left.I don't think it was something important. Probably another phone ad.
