Could not understand the message as there was constant beeping but could make out at the end , if I did not get back to them, there would be a warrant for my arrest. I called the number back on my cell and a man answered with a foreign accent. He said this the social security administration. Scanner !! I hung up
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 12/21/2020
