For the record, I never called or spoke with anybody regarding finance. I do need to finance, it is BS. BELOW IS THE MSG HE LEFT; “Hi this is Josh calling we spoke sometime ago about a refinance on your home but the timing wasn't good for you I wanted to reach out again because we have some brand new programs ___ ________ _____ ___ really want to tell you about we literally have the lowest interest-rate in the history of our country you don't need perfect credit to get them you could even get those low rates while pulling cash out of your home for renovations or debt consolidation or anything else you want the only downside obviously __ the interest-rate will not be this low for a very long so I need to get you locked in as soon as possible give me a call back as soon as you can so we can do that for you if I'm not available please feel free to talk to one of my colleagues we do need to get you locked in right away talk to you soon…”
