A person named Carlis claimed to be a Supervisor for AT&T Service calls. He asked if I had cancelled a Service Appointment with AT&T. He reset my appointment and said he would call day before to make sure I could verify spot. My Service is scheduled for Friday, July 31st between 1 pm and 5 pm. I have heard from one as of 3 pm today. It is July 31st
