The caller is a robotic voice that says something like ""This is the DEA office of Northern Texas with an important message. We have identified suspicious activity on your SOCIAL IDENTITY CARD and will be denying your access to all medications. Please call this number immediately to clarify."" The number they give is legitimate -- it actually does go to some poor DEA agent's desk phone in their Northern Texas branch. But he just sighs and hangs up the phone.
