I dont know who this was, but they were trying to scam me. They knew my name, but gave a fake address, trying to verify. They were obviously trying to get me to give them my correct mailing address in order to get personal info. Don't answer the phone if you see this number.
When an unknown number like the one 9717037350 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
