Appears to be valid if it's not spoofed. Listed on its website as the phone number for the Texas A&M University Former Student Association. Used to solicit donations from alumni and, apparently equally as important, to update their database for fundraising. They ask for a lot of personal information upfront, balk at a request to send relevant information by mail, and upon inquiry offer no website URL for further information. It was all quite enough to make me suspicious and check for possible fraud.
