I got a call from 980-247-8762 and it had this message: ""Hi this is Alyssa Hall Agent 2561. It looks like your student loan has been flagged eligible for the recent Stimulus Forgiveness and Relief legislation. However your application needs to be completed. This applies to all loan statuses including loans in default and garnishment. If you could please call your dedicated eligibility line at 202-843-5999 we can have this applied immediately. Keep in mind benefits are offered on a first come first served basis. Again eligibility line is 202-843-5999. Make sure to supply your personal validation code 070120 when calling in. Hope this helps and have a great day"" I have outstanding student loans, but the ""first come first served"" thing is suspicious. Why would that be a legit thing in forgiving student loans?? Scammers ****!
