This was recording, claiming the IRS had filed a lawsuit against my social security number and wanted me to call back. Total scam; block it if you see it.
I would receive this phone number 9862249583 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
