Called my cell earlier this afternoon. As I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. He said he recently bought a property nearby, found my number online (really? Its a cell phone. Don't know where he would have looked to find that) and wonders if I'd be interested in buying it and that he'd even consider paying closing costs. To call him back if I'm interested. We aren't looking to buy right now and the whole out of the blue cold call is just suspicious...

Called, left robotic sounding message rambling on about wanting to buy my property. NOT for sale, nor listed anywhere. Definitely a scammer.
Called 5 times in 3 minutes. I answered twice, no response. But got one voicemail of a computer voice wanting to buy my property🙄
They called me from the number 9862342240 No message left. Not calling them back. Waste of my time. I do not know who this is nor do I answer calls from people I don't know. If you don't leave a message I won't call you, and more than likely if I don't know you I won't call you back.
