NY State Department of Health Appointment for Covid-19 testing. I applied online at coronavirus.health.ny.gov for testing and this number called me back to confirm information and set up date, time and place. I went to that place on my appointment date and got tested.

Call all hours day & night repeatedly & incessantly. They are scammers If idiots here claim this is one of the NYS dept health numbers, then the scammers somehow managed to reroute (or however they do it - similar to phishing & fake websites of legit businesses) the call to (ie: call forward??) their number despite it showing via caller ID the ""NYS Dept health phone number. Just let it ring & do not respond or answer -block number(s) if you can. Some claims it's an automated call (robocall type crap).. these are illegal--under these conditions (scammings etc) especially. NOTE to all the idiots out there: No Dept of Health will incessantly call people out of the blue, unknown people... total strangers to schedule a COVID 19 test. Get real & wake up! Not one Dept of health in ANY state or county will do this--let alone badger people on phone all hours day & night incessantly! Wake up!

The phone number is , yes , for COVID VIRUS Testing and to schedule [people at the various sites available., . They use the information provided by the people who originally called the 1-888-364-3065 New York Hotline (Covid Virus) Line , to get signed up for the testing in question. It is NOT a scam! When it comes up on your phone as ""SAME LIKELY"" , that means that it's a phone number your phone doesn't know or have saved. It just means to proceed with caution and ASK QUESTIONS when you answer the call. Again , people called the Covid/NYC Hotline , they provided basic information and the number that calls you , can also be called back to set a Covid Testing appt. as well (if you are already signed up.) It is not a sales call, they are not from India or another country, they are helping your fellow New Yorkers get tested for the Corona Virus. If they are calling you , it is because you called first, So stop being immature about this and let them call, they are trying to save lives!!

This is the number to call back to get scheduled to get Covid 19 testing done. It is a third party company calling in behalf of the Dept of Health. They ask for no personal information but simply would like for your to verify you info so they can assure you are the one that called into the Dept Of Health to get your test done. EVERY PERSON GETTING CALLED MADE THE FORST PHONE CALL TO BE PUT IN A LIST TO GET TESTED so answer the phone.

had a miss call 2 xs each night around 8:30pm. Tied calling back and answer machine said they are open until 9pm, I tried back in a bit received the same answer machine recording. My caller ID stated SPAM?CROWN POIN. No idea but I will not answer.

Covid 19 appointment testing .

Called and said they wanted to schedule COVID 19 testing appointment. When I checked the number I could not find anything tying the caller to Department Of Health. When I asked why the caller said they are with a third party company. I asked the caller what is the name of the third party company and why it is not easily searchable and the caller shakily was unable to answer for a minute. If you work for a company you know who you work for and it does not take you a minute to answer the question unless you are told not to.

After receiving a lot of missed calls from this number I decided to call it back. They immediately answered with just “Hi!” Not this so-n-so from DOH. Had to ask them who they were, what they wanted. Finally told me they wanted to schedule me for a covid-19 test. Already suspicious, I said no thanks and hung up.

This number is a scam. Got a call from someone named Jennifer who left a message and was told to call this number back. At first you hear music that is playing on a loop track then someone picks up the phone who sounds like they are in their house claiming to be a call center for the NYS setting up appointments for drive thru testing site. DO NOT give your personal information to this person. They are scammers who want your person information.

They called and left a message for “testing” claiming they are department of health but it’s a scam pretending to be CO VID 19 testing.

Got a call today. Said her name was Heidi from NYS dept of health to set up an appointment for testing, left a message. I called back and got nothing but music. Suspicious.

They’re trying to pose as the NYC Health dept’s number in Albany. The area code is correct, but the exchange isn’t, therefore this is definitely a SPAM call

I also received this call but it was not to my cell phone. It was to my Google Voice account. They said their name was Sean and they wanted to set up testing (they left a voicemaill)

They called me several times. No message, blocked!!

I got a call from a private number. Somebody name Britney left a message saying that they want to schedule a covid19 test. Left this number for me to call back. 518 216 0462? Suspicious

I have pretty much everything that everyone said. they called me I answered they said they were from the Department of Health and want to schedule an appointment. they wouldn't tell me who they were looking for so there's no verification there. An they've been calling every day multiple times A-day for the past couple days now.
