Caller identified himself as being from CVS Caremark, wanting to do a customer survey. He knew my full name. When I asked where he got my name and number, he said from CVS Caremark since I am a member of their prescription benefits plan. I asked if the company was a sub-contractor or branch of a larger company and he said no. I have never heard of CVS Caremark, and all my health benefits are through a different company, so I told him to remove my personal information from their database and put my number on their do not call list.
