I got a call from 2045203109 too. When I tried calling from another number, a recording said something to the effect that I could not call the number because my (cellphone carrier) account did not have enough money in my account. Recording went on to state to press number ??1?? to add money to my account. I know this is b.s. because my bill is paid up through the end of Jan 2021.
