Amazon Customer Service

Driver had trouble finding our house. Talked to person on the phone who had the driver on another line. I directed the driver to our house, and received my package.They never asked me for any information other than help the driver.

This is an Amazon Customer call back number if you need to talk to Amazon custom service. I had a problem with one of my orders and went on Amazon web site and clicked on need to talk to a Customer Service as the web site did not have an anwwer to my problem and I got an instant call from Amazon Customer Service and they solved my problem.

Amazon buyers beware of unsafe scammers in chat and calls coming from Dato Daud House pretending to be Amazon employees. This is happening inside Amazon's website after logging in. This started after I tried to open a Business Account. Only use the Seller Central Account. I deleted all of my Accounts with Amazon. This is very unprofessional for a business the size of Amazon to use different names.

Called two times. Didn't answer because of the scam alert I got from my phone. Got two voicemails form each call but they didnt say anything.

They said they were calling about something I ordered, but the item they mentioned was unintelligible, and the name they said who ordered it, was unintelligible, but everything else they said was clear. I sense phishing type scam to get you to call back.

This is obviously a scam as they called to confirm my purchase of an iPhone today. No such purchase.

Can confirm this is an Amazon Customer Service number that calls you when requesting a phone call to speak with a representative in person. Caller ID, however, shows the contact as Dato Daud House, whatever that means. Scammers can/will spoof any number, so be sure you initiated the call back via Amazon as they will never call you out of the blue. Don't give out any personal information or passwords to your account unless you asked Amazon to ring you and are expecting a call (usually within 5 minutes of requesting the call).

This is the number that Amazon SHIPPING has given me. It is valid. If you have a shipping problem and can't get through call this number.

This is a legitimate number for Amazon Customer Service. It's one of the first numbers they had for Customer Service, way back when they started the company in Seattle. And you might still see it on your Caller ID, if they're contacting a customer in the US. However, it is also easy for scammers to fake any Caller ID when they're trying to hook you, so you can't be sure who's calling without answering. But if it is a legitimate call from Amazon, they will leave you a message as to why they called... scammers never do that, because they need the element of surprise.

If you call Amazon (via their on-line chat) and request a call this number instantly calls you. You will be put on hold until an Amazon rep gets on the line.

I received a call from this number. The call is recorded as being answeted it lasted for 5 min and 16 seconds. The phone was on the charger and I was outside walking my dog. No one else was home. My phone indicated a voice mail and that it was a video call. I do not have a video service and the phone was in an oven mitt. I keep it there so no video can be recorded. No messagw wqs taken by voice mail. Not sure how to label the call.

BUT--note that scammers can spoof a legitimate number. So even though this is Amazon's customer service number, if you did not originate the call, do NOT give out financial information or change a password or anything like that.
