Just called me and I guess luckily I missed the call!
also received a call, didn't even bother to pick up. turns out it's indeed a scammer judging from other comments.
They wanted my personal info to avoid sending me to jail for some reason or another. Knew it was a scam right away, so I pretended to be an old man and hard of hearing. Probably their choice demographic to be talking with. The caller was very pushy, but to his credit was very patient with me, and explained that ""Born in the 40's"" is not an actual birthdate (LOL). Eventually he caught on, said ""F--- you!"" and hung up. It's a shame. In another world he would be a great employee.
They called me saying their was a law suit under my SSN and wanted me to confirm details.... I am not american perm resident yet so I dont even have a SSN!!! Told them im reporting them

They called me and stated they were with the social security administration.
They called me and stated they were with the social security administration. They wanted to me verify my full legal name and SSN. The caller with a strong foreign accent stated I could be arrested for failure to comply with a federal request.
When an unknown number like the one 2133378763 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
