This number has been calling us every night between midnight and one o'clock in the morning since June 29, 2020. It's been traced to being a T-mobile number in Torrance, California. When we first got the call and answered it, there was a pause followed by a woman's voice saying, ""This call will be recorded"", then silence. It qualifies as a form of harassment. Other than the first time, we haven't answered because for us it's an unknown number. It should be reported. We've blocked it, but the call still comes in on one-ring. I'm considering contacting T-mobile in Torrance about this.
Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
