This Number is from a telemarketing company in Kingsville Tx. Number is setup to block incoming calls. They don't want to be called but they do want to call as many people as they can. They should text their personal phone number so we can return their call during their dinner time.
Yesterday the number 3616020338 phoned me a few times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important. Probably telemarketer with another ad or an invitation.
