My voicemail identified this call as coming from 4046660148 which came up as a common scammer number. The caller identified herself as Jessie Jemison the daughter of a Patrick O'Neill whom I do not know. She was supposed to be calling to get my address to mail me an invitation to a retirement party for her mother. I do not recognize either name and the number she asked me to call was 2059550749. So I would think that both numbers should be on file as a scammer.
Yesterday evening I got a text message from this number with a link to be followed. I never follow unknown links from unknown numbers. I did a google search, there were a large number of people saying it was a scam.

Apparently ""Patrick O'Neil"" is actually ""Robert Selfors"" and lives in North Carolina. He has had many companies were he rips-off customers and subcontractors. Google those two names together for the whole story. Under his ""Patrick O'Neil"" persona, he claims to be a local web designer, remotely using local phone numbers for his robo-calls. And get this... one of his scams is that he is a Christian minister!!! He brags that everyone of his phone numbers is the devils number 666.

This was a foreign language robocall. I suppose they call immigrants to make them pay a lot of money. If they don't, they will threaten them. Remember they are scammers.
