This phone number was the first call I received when I bought the landline from Walmart on July 14, 2021….I bought a phone and paid for connection from my cable company and asked to take me off from public publication to a private account. No spam from others but I also placed my cell phone numbers and landline to a NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I called this number and the automated system says “Municipal Services Bureau” on behalf of “City of Houston Ends. It is a credit company accounts receivable. It states that the landline number is registered linked to that city of Houston account. I wish they would stop calling!! I will not answer due to I don’t know them and don’t owe them nothing. The assigned number belongs to the previous owner. Problem solved.
