This number came up on my caller ID as ""Door Dash"". Which caused some amount of confusion! I've never had any dealings with ""DoorDash"" at all and thought they probably had the wrong number. They wouldn't tell me what number or address they *were* trying to call, or deliver to. I am sitting here waiting for an important phone call or I never would have answered this anyway, I never do unless I know the person. Well now I know that Walmart hires (I assume) free-lance drivers to deliver their stuff. It wasn't even in a box, just in a plastic bag like you would have gotten if you went to the store in person. Which is nice. Sometimes I feel like I have a part time job myself breaking down and disposing of cardboard boxes ! (This is message #3 of 3 about this number today. Unfortunately we are not able to edit here.)
Okay, just writing again to let you know that THIS NUMBER ***IS*** A LEGITIMATE DELIVERY PERSON. She brought a few of the grocery items I ordered less than 12 hours ago, my daughter just brought them in when she arrived home. I feel bad I was not able to give the driver a tip, I am disabled and unable to walk on my own. If you get a call from her and she brings an order for you, I would appreciate it if you could give her a generous tip. Sent with holiday wishes for the both of you!
I am in the 414 area code and received a couple calls from this number today. It seems to be a delivery person (female) who is not that comfortable speaking English (she got her supervisor on the line to help; I could have spoke Spanish with her but I didn't know. Thought it was a telemarketer from India at first!). I am not 100% sure this is legit though. They said they had a delivery for me from W-mart (I ordered from them 10 hours ago). He asked where she should leave the merchandise and I said ""back door"", but I have not heard anyone out there. Be careful this is prime season for scams and crimes.
Yesterday the number 6503326801 phoned me a few times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important. Probably telemarketer with another ad or an invitation.
