The caller did a very good job at pretending as a PG&E employee. He didn't ask for any credit card number. He provided two methods to pay the bill. One is going to local 7-Eleven store and pay by cash. The second is to use the Cash App which he clams to be create by PG&E. Then I know it's scam. He can be a good actor.

Called saying I owed money for some sort of energy payment. All automated. Scam, IMO
I would receive this phone number 6507556303 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
