This is called a ""predictive dialer"". It's an automated phone bank that dials up numerous phone numbers while employees sit at the computer. When someone answers the phone, or the system believes the phone is being answered (false answer), the computer screen pops up with your information. Then they begin their talking point. These are ROBO CALLS as well. They are used for all political parties who pay them. And some are just plain old scammers.
Not in my contact list. I did not answer. Caller Left no voice mail.
Has been calling me every hour at the 24 minute mark all day. Silence when answered, no response to my hello. After 15 or 20 seconds they drop the call.

Came through on caller ID as Rpm. Did not leave a message so I assume it is a spam call. I do not know anyone from Rpm or 651 area code.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 10/4/2020
