Left message same as above but did not name what company he was calling from which is inappropriate and makes it a threatening call. The call seems to be meant to frighten the person being call and I consider it intimidating because a company is not identified. It causes you to search your mind to try and remember any communication via a letter you may not have received . . All companies who are viable must identify themselves on a call .

Number that shows up on my visual voicemail (not missed calls, because phone didn't ring) is 900-999-9999.

I received a call from an Erica who appears to be reading a similar script as Adam. Not sure if exactly like this but something similar. “Hi there this is Erica I'm following up on the letter we had sent yesterday it's important that we connect today. If you can you give me a quick call back at my direct line which is 657-667-8157 that would be great. You can get help from any other agent that answers the phone if I am not available.”

I never even heard the phone ring and it was right in front of me. The guy did not leave his name and did not say mine. The script is the same thing I'm reading in other comments about a letter and calling me beck now because he has my info up on his screen. Has to be a scam!

This creep calls and hangs up before you can answer, and leaves a voicemail about “following up on the letter I sent you.” A bunch of crap. Do not trust.

Same as others have stated. Grateful for this online site as will not call them. Gave name as Adam and to call back ASAP about letter sent, unknown to me and to call while he has screen up

the person calls himself Adam, stated he sent a letter a few weeks ago did I read and would you please call back at this number 657-667-8157. No mention of Company name that is works for or what the letter was about.

Pretty sure this is a scam, they don’t state your name in the call and they don’t even specify what letter they sent or what company they work for. The person on the phone calls himself Adam.

Adam stating that he sent me a letter. The voice did NOT state my own name as the recipient. Almost every letter I otherwise get is a store shopper paper or bill. This is likely a scam.

I called the number 657-667-8157 and it stated something about Student Loans. I personally don't have student loans but it gives you the option to be removed from the calling list.

Number call came from was 262 379 3836. ""Adam"" from the left canned message as above to re letter sent last month and to call 657 667 8157... which when to call leads you to the ""Student loan support department"".

Was given this number to call from another number that left a voicemail. Number called by 470-285-9614, gave name Adam, and calling in regards to a letter they sent me last month. No other details aside to call back at direct line 657-667-8157. If Adam doesn't answer give ""agent"" that does answer name and number and he'll call back. Phone didn't ring, just popped up a voicemail. Not going to call back as seems very fishy. What letter? What company does ""Adam"" work for, and why are they calling me. If I don't call them, I don't call them back.
