OBVIOUSLY a scam. I can not find a web site listing for ""National Relief Center"". i have not ""applied"" for any hardship program.
When an unknown number like the one 7194679026 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
