Called at 11am. I were not in so i call back. It give recording to be removed from this list it takes 24 hour. What list? I remove them or they remove me? This is junk

Called me at 1143 am. I usually don't answer these calls but I'm expecting several calls from contractors & businesses. I hate rushing to answer a call that I miss by seconds and then kind of realize it's probably scams and spoofs but i cant be sure.
