The number and name on caller ID read 763-515-6108 & Sylvia Delmaro. However, the voice message stated, ""Hi, this is Christina at Hi Tech Roofing calling about an estimate on roofing. Estimates are free. Please call 763-290-2695."" I live in an apartment. So many red flags with this call. Definitely a scam. Per the Better Business Bureau: ""Licensing: BBB confirmed that Hi Tech Roofing and Seal Coating had not obtained a necessary license from Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. BBB encourages you to contact the following agency or agencies to confirm this information: - http://www.dli.mn.gov - 6512845005
