I think this is a scam. They call you by name and when you say ""yes"" they hang up. I've heard they record your ""yes"" and use it to order something over the phone or try to get you to call back. Do not call back. I just received such a call from 804-575-1806 on 8/16/20 at 2:45 p.m.
